We might succeed in using a long USB cable going from the camera on top of the tv under the floor and to the table, like the HDMI-cable does. We don't want to use extra local software to turn an IP-camera into a virtual camera. The problem: an IP-camera sounds ideal, but Skype only works with USB-camera's. This way the camera would have a nice picture of everyone in the meeting room. Ideally we wouldlike to place a camera on top of the TV hanging on the wall. Now the question: we want to use Skype in the meeting room, but want to avoid using an internal laptop camera or an USB camera atached or close to the laptops. Yes you'll still need a 'pc' or something similar to turn it into a skype-room-system. If i buy just the logitech camera and then what next ? does it have a skype software in it ? or i have to buy a mini PC aswell. The problem is we have a budget of $500 for this type of solution.
